Having Absorbent Stations strategically placed around the workshop is the solution. Instantly you know where your absorbents are. Quite simply our unique Absorbent Station gives you peace of mind knowing that: All your absorbents, are in the right place, at the right time, all of the time.

What is the Managed System?
Stations are supplied to the customer on a free on loan* basis. Censol personnel replenish the stations weekly, fortnightly or monthly. An audit report is then sent to nominated personnel together with a invoice and graph showing the products used through each station together with cost.

The same Absorbent Stations can be purchased by you outright, and you will still be offered our Absorbent and Wiping products at the same competitive prices with free delivery. For all users our stations can be customised to your exact requirements utilising Low Lint Wipers, Degreasing Wet Wipes and any combination of Absorbents to suit your needs.

The Managed Absorbent Station system is specifically designed to eliminate the need for your personnel to be involved with the ordering, stocking, replenishing and auditing of wiper rolls and spill absorbents in and around the workplace. With the Censol Managed Absorbent Station system you can be confident that all your absorbents will be in the right place, at the right time, all of the time.

How it works
Absorbent Stations are checked on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis according to customer requirements.

Features and Benefits
The place to keep all your absorbent pads, socks and roll mats, wiping rolls and other products in a highly visible station at point of use. Can be fully customised by you for certain areas in your factory or workshop. (Eg chemical absorbents in a chemical dip tank area.)

A typical double Absorbent Station can hold 200 Absorbent pads, 2 Absorbent Rolls, 20 Absorbent Socks, 10 Specialist Wiping rolls and 4 Wet Wipe buckets. (Sorbency capacity of 370 litres!)

Absorbent Stations will be checked and replenished by Censol staff on a time scale to suit the clients needs. This system gurantees all your absorbents will be in the right place, at the right time, all of the time!

Absorbent pads, socks and roll mats mop up spills efficiently and are extremely cost effective. The danger is, if there is a spill on the shop-floor and the absorbents can't be found this could lead to a major spill response issue.

The Censol Absorbent Station is the solution to the problem of not having absorbent materials in the right place at the right time. This unique Absorbent Station is more than just a convenient place to keep your absorbents. It is highly visible, can be sited at point of use and in areas where spills are most likely to occur.

Each station is loaded with sufficient material to manage small day to day spills and has the capability of absorbing the occasional large spill of up to 370 litres. It is also designed to contain environmentally responsible Low Lint Wiping rolls and Wet Wipes for critical wiping applications thereby helping our clients to comply with the latest UK legislation and ISO 14001.
