When the heavy rain fell in June and July of 2007 the resulting flooding provided many problems for some of our customers. One particular client of ours used Absorbent Socks stretched out as a barrier to stop rain water entering their workshop. They simply put down five Absorbent Socks then lowered their shutter door down onto the Absorbent Socks instantly creating a tight barrier that the water found hard to penetrate. The barrier held all night and saved hundreds of pounds worth of damage to the machinery and equipment inside.

Another customer was worried about the water leaking in from within the ceiling area. This had happend in the past so as a prevention this time he placed a General Purpose Absorbent Pad on to the roof tile where the water leak was likely to happen.
